Our History

Tioman Dive Buddy（TDB），注册名称为 TIOMAN DIVE BUDDY (M) SDN. BHD.（注册号：201001039904 / 923829-U），于 2010 年成立于美丽的刁曼岛。秉持着对海底世界的热爱与分享精神，Tioman Dive Buddy 很快在当地树立了口碑，以高品质的 PADI 潜水课程、卓越的服务水平，以及专业的潜水培训著称，并成功发展成为 PADI 五星教练发展中心（IDC）。

作为正式认证的 PADI IDC 中心，Tioman Dive Buddy 提供从基础潜水课程一路到专业级别的完整培训体系，包括 PADI 潜水长（Divemaster）、助理教练（AI），以及 开放水域潜水教练（OWSI）。在经验丰富的 PADI 课程总监（Course Director）及专业教练团队带领下，TDB 多年来培养了众多优秀且充满热情的潜水专业人士。

在持续发展的过程中，Tioman Dive Buddy 不断扩建设备与设施，目前拥有 三艘专业潜水船与一台 Bauer PE 700 空压机，确保课程训练及趣味潜水的高效率与高安全性。这些投资不仅提升了教学品质，也让 TDB 能更完善地支持各级 IDC 培训项目。

截至 2024 年，TDB 已成功培训超过 20,000 名潜水员，成为马来西亚最具规模与信誉的潜水教育机构之一。凭借对 安全、教学质量与海洋保育的坚持，TDB 长年获得全球潜水员的信赖和支持。

Tioman Dive Buddy (TDB), registered under TIOMAN DIVE BUDDY (M) SDN. BHD. (201001039904 / 923829-U), was founded in 2010 on the beautiful island of Tioman. Built on a deep passion for sharing the underwater world, Tioman Dive Buddy quickly rose to prominence for delivering high-quality PADI scuba courses, exceptional service, and a strong commitment to professional dive training — eventually becoming a PADI 5-Star Instructor Development Centre (IDC).

As a fully accredited PADI IDC, Tioman Dive Buddy provides the complete pathway for divers who wish to progress from beginner levels all the way to PADI Divemaster, Assistant Instructor, and ultimately PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor (OWSI). Under the guidance of experienced PADI Course Directors and seasoned instructors, TDB has cultivated a thriving community of passionate and highly skilled dive professionals.

Over the years, Tioman Dive Buddy has continuously expanded its infrastructure, operating three dedicated dive boats and a Bauer PE 700 compressor, ensuring reliable air quality and smooth logistics for both training and fun dives. These enhancements allow TDB to support larger groups, deliver seamless IDC programs, and offer a full range of diving adventures.

By 2024, TDB had trained and certified more than 20,000 divers, affirming its position as one of Malaysia’s most established and respected dive education providers.
